General condition:
This unit is in very good condition. The overall exterior condition is good. The hull and superstructures show no major irregularities.

Exterior:
All upholstery is original and in good condition. The teak cockpit is in good shape; the rear bathing platform shows some signs of aging but remains acceptable. All hatches and stainless steel fittings are in good condition. The gelcoat on all superstructures is mostly in very good shape, still shiny and white.

Interior:
No particular remarks about the interior condition. The woodwork, linings, upholstery, and flooring are generally in good shape. All comfort equipment is operational.

Mechanical:
The boat is perfectly maintained in this respect. All service records are available since commissioning. The boat has been serviced annually. The heat exchanger overhaul is scheduled for May 2025, at the same time as the hull painting. The engine bilge is clean, with no signs of leaks. Starting is immediate with no unusual noise or smoke.

Electronics:
The boat is very well equipped with up-to-date devices. Raymarine Axiom 12 GPS, chartplotter, and depth sounder, Raymarine VHF, Raymarine autopilot, Lenco electric flaps. Everything is operational. All equipment is repeated at the flybridge.
